What Account Deletion Does
After email verification and final confirmation, this page sends a real authenticated deletion request to MKAirsoft. Successful deletion:
- Deletes the mobile customer identity and profile, including its internal account ID, email, and optional name and phone;
- Deletes device-token records tied to that mobile identity and outstanding one-time-code records for the email; and
- Revokes access to the deleted mobile account.
Separate business and transaction records are not automatically deleted. Ticket, event, party, membership, merchandise, payment, waiver, safety, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and chargeback records may be retained as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law. Those needs vary, so MKAirsoft does not promise one fixed retention period for every transaction record. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Verify and Delete
1. Verify your email
Enter the email used in the MKAirsoft mobile app. For privacy, the response does not confirm whether an account exists.
2. Enter the code
Enter the six-digit code sent for . Codes expire and can only be used once.
3. Confirm permanent deletion
Email verification succeeded for . This action cannot be undone.
Mobile account deleted
The mobile identity and associated authentication records were deleted successfully. You may now close this page.
