MKAirsoft LLC ("MKAirsoft," "we," "us," or "our") operates indoor airsoft facilities in Ohio and West Virginia. This Privacy Policy covers our website, the MKAirsoft mobile application, online purchases and bookings, memberships, communications, and information collected when you use our facilities.
MKAirsoft is responsible for the information described here. Some services, such as checkout, email delivery, and waiver signing, are performed by service providers described below.
Mobile account and sign-in information. The mobile app uses passwordless email verification. We collect your email address and create an internal numeric account ID. You may optionally add your first name, last name, and phone number. We also maintain account creation, update, and last-sign-in timestamps.
For one-time-code sign-in, we maintain a hashed verification code, its expiration and attempt information, and whether it was used. The plaintext code is sent through our email delivery provider and is not stored in the verification-code record. Email delivery records may include the recipient, message type, delivery status, and provider message ID.
Purchases, tickets, memberships, and parties. We collect the information needed to provide the service you request. Depending on the transaction, this can include:
The mobile app's order history is assembled from applicable ticket, event, party, and membership records associated with the verified email address. Merchandise-only orders may remain available through the commerce provider rather than in the mobile order list.
Device and notification information. If an app version offers push notifications and you grant permission, we may receive a push-notification device token and the device platform and associate them with your account to register, deliver, troubleshoot, or deactivate notifications. Not every app version enables push notifications.
Waivers, facility use, and communications. When applicable, we may collect waiver information, date of birth, parent or guardian information, emergency contact information, safety or incident information, contact-form messages, newsletter preferences, and other information you choose to provide.
Website and technical information. Our servers and security tools may process IP address, request time, browser or device type, requested pages, referring address, and diagnostic or security events. The website may store preferences such as display theme on your device.
Payment information. Payment credentials entered at a third-party checkout or point-of-sale system are handled by that provider. We receive the order, payment-status, and transaction information needed to fulfill purchases, reconcile inventory, handle support, and maintain business records.
We use information for the following purposes:
We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including to:
We may also disclose information when required by law; to investigate fraud, abuse, safety incidents, or security issues; to protect customers, staff, MKAirsoft, or others; in connection with a business transaction; or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
Our website uses cookies or browser storage for functions such as session security, storefront operation, and saving display preferences. Third-party storefront, payment, waiver, map, or embedded services may process information under their own privacy terms when you use them. You can adjust browser controls, but blocking required storage may prevent parts of the site from working.
We retain mobile account information while the account is active and as needed to provide and secure the service. One-time-code records are short-lived, are invalidated after use or expiration, and are subject to cleanup. A registered notification token is retained only as needed to support notifications or until it is deactivated or the associated mobile account is deleted.
You can delete your mobile account in the app under Account > Delete account, or use our web account-deletion page. Deletion removes the mobile customer identity and profile—including its internal account ID, email, optional name and phone—from the mobile customer table. It also deletes device-token records tied to that identity and outstanding one-time-code records for the email, and it revokes access to the deleted account.
Deleting the mobile identity does not automatically erase separate transaction, membership, party, ticket, event, merchandise, payment, waiver, safety, or accounting records. Those records may continue to contain an email address or other transaction details. We retain them only as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, fraud and chargeback prevention, tax and accounting requirements, facility safety, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, and other legal obligations. Because those needs vary by record and circumstance, we do not apply or promise one fixed retention period for every transaction record.
For help with a deletion or a request concerning other records, contact us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain or deny deletion of particular records where permitted or required by law.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or object to certain uses. You can edit optional mobile profile details in the app, delete the mobile account using the methods above, unsubscribe from marketing through the message instructions, or contact us.
We may ask for information needed to verify and process a request. Authorized agents may also be required to provide proof of authority.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Mobile sign-in codes are rate-limited and stored as hashes, and mobile API access uses time-limited authentication tokens. However, no transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our online services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly create mobile accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us. Minors who participate at a facility must follow applicable parent or guardian and waiver requirements.
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Please also review our Terms of Service, Account Deletion page, and Contact page.
